A Message to our Team and Community on COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

Dear Team and Customers,

As you know, the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) is starting to make its way around the world, including the US, in recent days and weeks. First and foremost, Robinson Hill takes the safety and well-being of our customers and employees very seriously. The situation is changing daily, and we are monitoring it as well as the CDC and Department of Public Health’s recommendations regarding measures we can take to minimize a potential outbreak. As of today, there are no directives from either the CDC or IL Department of Public Health  for most of us to limit or cancel activities. We will follow the Department of Public Health’s (IDPH) recommendations for prevention and closures.

While the risk of contracting coronavirus remains extremely low at this time, it is important to stay vigilant and do what we can to provide the best environment in our restaurants and facilities so you can continue to bring your family with peace of mind.

Our day-to-day cleaning procedures are already very comprehensive, but we are increasing our in-place processes to keep facilities safe and a welcoming environment for all:

  • We have increased our in-house cleaning by current staff to clean and sanitize frequently touched surfaces multiple times a day.
  • We asked team members to look out for each other to ensure best practices utilized.
  • We are asking all staff to refrain from working when feeling ill.

As this situation evolves, we are following all recommendations of the CDC. Please remember to wash your hands frequently, and if you or your family members are symptomatic of an illness, from the common cold to the flu,  please take the time to rest, and come see us when you are feeling better. We look forward to working together with our customers and staff to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Please take care!
